• Legacy is doing what you do to benefit other people

➡️ How did you manage to take the big step with a pregnant wife in tow?:

• I was willing to take the first step and then Focus only on THAT one knowing there were gonna be lots more

➡️ What keeps you going/ what’s your “why?”

• my daughter

➡️ What led you to start this business?

• being burnt out
• had an idea eating away at me
• a way to help people do something they would never be able to do on their own

➡️ How did you get your wife to buy-in on your vision?

• she was burnt out herself
• We started a business together
• I wrote down the vision along with a business plan
• By taking my business seriously and operating it as a business

➡️ As Entrepreneur what are some things we need to be mindful of?

• That we are always 3 steps ahead of everyone else in the room
• That how we communicate what we are about and are pursuing is very important

➡️ What are some of the Pros & Cons of doing business from home?

Pros:

• getting to spend more time with the family
• having dinner with my family at 6 pm every day
• Planning and participating in family activities

Cons:

• Family interruption but setting up guidelines/rules
• Work never ends (NOTE: It’s important when you work from home to work from home and not to work AT home. It’s important to keep those things separated)

➡️ How does one shift from an employee to an owner mindset?

• get some outside help
• read books

➡️ How do you handle failure?

• Identifying what caused you to fail
• Identifying where you failed

Last Minute Advice:

• I’ll start with the words my dad gave me. He said, “you’ll be promoted to your level of incompetence”
• Take all your skills and experience to serve others and make a difference in the world.
• Don’t let analysis paralysis get in the way … Just start.
